ImmigrationTracker Replaces INSZoom® at Jackson Lewis LLP

Top-5 Employment Law Firm Selects ImmigrationTracker for Its Intuitive Functionality, Service, and Value

San Francisco, CA—June 13, 2007—ImmigrationTracker, the documented leader in fully-integrated immigration software, today announced that Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the nation's leading workplace law firms, has replaced INSZoom® with ImmigrationTracker.

ImmigrationTracker prides itself on having the most immigration-knowledgeable design and support teams in the industry, in part because it is the only company founded by immigration attorneys for their own use, and because it has two attorneys on staff who've won awards from both the US government and industry associations for their immigration expertise. Jackson Lewis professionals found that this knowledge carries over to all aspects of Tracker's work, including its deployment and training.

For over 45 years, Jackson Lewis has placed a high premium on preventive strategies and positive solutions in the practice of workplace law. They partner with employers to devise policies and procedures promoting constructive employee relations and limiting disputes. With offices in major cities throughout the U.S., Jackson Lewis combines a national perspective with an awareness of local business environments.

Jackson Lewis evaluated a number of potential replacements for its immigration management system. In addition to the more appealing features and interface, Jackson Lewis was surprised to also find that ImmigrationTracker’s product had a stronger price/performance ratio than other products available. A Jackson Lewis representative notes, "When all costs were considered, TrackerOffice had a significantly lower overall price tag than the two other vendors we considered."

About Jackson Lewis

For over 45 years, Jackson Lewis has placed a high premium on preventive strategies and positive solutions in the practice of workplace law. We partner with employers to devise policies and procedures promoting constructive employee relations and limiting disputes.

When complaints arise, we work with clients to take incisive action to effect solutions that minimize costs and maximize results. Whether we are counseling on legal compliance or litigating a complex case, we help our clients achieve their business goals and promote an issue-free work environment.

With offices in major cities throughout the U.S., Jackson Lewis combines a national perspective with an awareness of local business environments. Our clients represent a wide range of public and private businesses and non-profit institutions.

Fowler White Boggs Banker switches to ImmigrationTracker

Fowler White Boggs Banker Replaces Web-Only Software with TrackerOffice, citing Better Client Features, Reliability, Speed and Integration with MS Outlook

San Francisco, CA—June 13, 2007—Fowler White Boggs Banker P.A., recipient of the highest rating in the most recent Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review, announced today that its immigration practice has deployed TrackerOffice, the case management system from ImmigrationTracker. For Fowler White Boggs Banker, the new system puts an end to poor Outlook® integration, incomplete workflows, and hapless technical support.

According to Fowler White Boggs Banker Attorney Jennifer Roeper, "With our last system, there was no way to pull up an Outlook® calendar or task list and see what matters we have coming due tomorrow, next week, or next month." Ms. Roeper continues, "It was impossible for us to access complete client information from a single screen. The process for clients to request new cases was manual, and they relied heavily on our staff to compile data. TrackerOffice helped us eliminate these chokepoints."

"With TrackerOffice, our users enjoy the convenience of seeing client information in Outlook calendars and tasks or in Tracker itself. We no longer perform global searches to find client correspondence. This saves us precious time," says Ms. Roeper.

"To get a client's current immigration status, expiration dates, open cases, and to-do lists, our old system forced us into lengthy navigations. TrackerOffice gives us one persistent screen to access everything about a particular client. It's easy to use and this cuts down on our case handling time," recounts Ms. Roeper.

Regarding technical support, Ms. Roeper mentions, "Our last vendor's support staff knew little about immigration. We had to open a trouble ticket for every issue, and this made the service more impersonal. The Tracker support team is not only technically savvy; they're conversant enough in immigration to understand the needs of our team and our clients. This individual attention makes our support calls faster and more pleasant."

"Empowering Fowler White Boggs Banker to grow its case handling capacity through efficiency and superior service enables them to extend the value chain to their clients and attract new ones," says Javier Rey, VP of Sales for ImmigrationTracker. He continues, "ImmigrationTracker is dedicated to supporting the pace-setting immigration practice of Fowler White Boggs Banker."

About Fowler White Boggs Banker

ImmigrationTracker Pays for Itself in a Single Week

Immigration Software Company Pays for Itself in a Single Week by Turning a Challenge into a Boon for Its Customers: How ImmigrationTracker Responded to the June 2007 Visa Bulletin

San Francisco, CA—June 12, 2007—The US State Department's Visa Bulletin for June 2007 surprised everyone by jumping up to two years forward in the "priority dates" for employment-based immigration preference categories. Many foreign nationals who thought they wouldn't be able to file their "AOS" (Adjustment of Status, or final green card) cases suddenly had to be identified, notified and prepared for filing cases promptly, since there's never a guarantee that the priority dates won't slip backwards a month later.

In response, the software company ImmigrationTracker ("Tracker") refined its existing Priority Date Report into an "AOS-Ready Report" that lets all firms identify every client in the database whose priority date now makes them eligible to file for AOS or immigrant visas. The report uses smart algorithms and alternative data to capture even those clients whose priority dates or birth countries may not have been entered in the database. As such, the report catches eligible clients who might otherwise be overlooked. The typical law firm fees for an AOS case well exceed Tracker's annual cost per licensee. "Given our firm's strong history of employment-based clients, we couldn't afford to miss a beat. With just one case we wouldn't have known about or filed in time, Tracker just paid for itself," noted Tracker customer George Askt of the New York firm Askt & Askt.

Along with the report, Tracker actually emailed all customers several pages of donated attorney work product, including the draft email template law firms could send clients (by mail merge, using the emails, client names and dates already in the database) to notify them of the opportunity and to help them file their cases in time. The free package included memos on required vaccinations, document translations, photos, AOS checklist and the Tracker questionnaire that lets clients enter their AOS-related data securely online. Javier Rey, Tracker's VP of Sales and Business Development, explained, "While this may be above and beyond what customers expect from a technology provider, empowering our customers with these resources lets them turn a major challenge like this one into a great opportunity for their firms' growth and their clients' objectives."

Banta Immigration Law Switches Back to ImmigrationTracker

Leading Atlanta business immigration group selects Tracker for its superior technology and customer support

San Francisco, CA—June 14, 2006—ImmigrationTracker ("Tracker"), the immigration management system most chosen by Fortune 1000 companies, announced today that Atlanta-based Banta Immigration Law has replaced INSZoom® with ImmigrationTracker. The firm initially used Tracker, but switched to INSZoom in September 2004, expecting more flexibility in adapting the software. However, most legal staff are not trained to develop or use build-it-yourself software, and the staff preferred using Tracker, which is pre-configured by legal experts, yet easy to customize. The user-friendly nature of Tracker, along with the training and support offered by the company, has spurred widespread use.

"We concluded that ImmigrationTracker is the best fit for a firm like ours, which deals primarily with large worldwide clients," said Robert Banta, President of Banta Immigration Law. "My team has found ImmigrationTracker to be the most intuitive and readily usable, clearly designed by people who understand both our legal field and cutting-edge technology."

Tracker's time-tested data import functions were critical to Banta's firm, which could then quickly become operational without the cost of IT support. "The import and report building functions of Tracker are particularly impressive. Now, we can import data and build reports ourselves," said Banta.

"Banta Immigration Law is a forward-thinking firm that serves a prestigious, global client base. As such, the firm appreciates the value of Tracker's focus on our customers' needs, from accurate detail to uncompromising customer care. We are thrilled with the opportunity to once again provide our services to their firm," said Javier Rey, head of sales for ImmigrationTracker. "The more people learn about other options, the more positive feedback we get." As another INSZoom® convert Rita Kushner of Bernie Wolfsdorf & Associates observed: "We tried the rest. Tracker's the best."

Past AILA President, Fellow of the Academy of Business Immigration Lawyers and Founding member of IMMLAW chooses Tracker

San Francisco, CA—March 1, 2006—Software maker ImmigrationTracker announced today that it has been chosen by another Past President of the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), bringing the total to 12 Past Presidents—11 more than any competing software program. Steve Clark is Managing Partner of Flynn & Clark, P.C., Cambridge, MA. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Business Immigration Lawyers (ABIL) and a founding member of IMMLAW. His firm has now completed deployment of ImmigrationTracker's Enterprise solution.

"Our criteria for choosing a solution were simple: I wanted the data to reside in my office and my staff wanted an integrated system that was powerful but simple. The fact that many of my most respected colleagues use Tracker made the decision a no-brainer" said Managing Attorney, Steve Clark. Listed under the immigration heading as one of "The Best Lawyers in America" since its inception, Mr. Clark has authored over 50 publications on H & L visas, Labor Certification, and Employment Based Immigration.

The investment is part of an overall firm strategy to improve operational efficiency, focusing on case management and working practices. Using ImmigrationTracker Enterprise, all case data as well as correspondence is now stored in a central repository, making it easier and more cost-effective for lawyers to search, retrieve, and access cases, as well as related documents and correspondence.

"By adopting ImmigrationTracker, we will further empower our lawyers to provide more rapid and high-quality service to our clients and maintain effective control over the rising volume of content-particularly e-mail-that their work involves." Said Steve Clark. "We also think it will be welcomed by clients. The Tracker user interface will make it easier and simpler for clients to give the attorneys the information they need, all in a flexible, convenient and secure way."

Regarding ImmigrationTracker's quick deployment, Mr. Clark said: "We are very pleased with the speed and ease of implementation and the positive feedback from our legal staff. We are already reaping the benefits of ImmigrationTracker Enterprise. We have been very impressed with the quality of the ImmigrationTracker staff. Their support and training professionals are top-notch."

"In today's economy, law firms have high expectations for their IT investments. As a result, more and more firms are migrating from their older systems to the ImmigrationTracker Enterprise solution. This offers much more than case management," said Javier Rey, vice president of sales, ImmigrationTracker, Inc. "Flynn & Clark joins the long list of immigration law firms that are choosing to work with ImmigrationTracker, an innovative, profitable and reliable vendor that will continue to be in business for many years and will ensure that the customer's investments in ImmigrationTracker solutions are protected and maximized over a long and extended life."

About Flynn & Clark, P.C.

Flynn & Clark, P.C. has provided premium service to clients throughout New England and the United States for thirty years and has a national reputation in business immigration law. They counsel companies and professionals on obtaining temporary and permanent immigration status in a variety of categories. The firm also offers advice to companies during the due diligence phase of acquiring other businesses, in order to evaluate the immigration impact of the acquisition on key employees. In addition, the firm offers general practice of law services for foreign nationals and others .

Illustrious as Flynn & Clark may be in business immigration, the founding partners are also renowned for their early work in a very different sphere. As young lawyers, both men dedicated their early years of practice to helping others. They worked on behalf of coal miners in Appalachian Kentucky, where they spearheaded the movement for Black Lung compensation. (The story of Steve Clark's elbow appearing in Oscar-winning "Harlan County, USA" may not be apocryphal.) Representing miners against the coal industry and its top guns, they were remarkably successful. Their practice has evolved, but their devotion to advocacy has never wavered and still benefits their clients throughout the United States.
