History
The ImmigrationTracker system was started in 1998 by electrical engineer Fred Colman & attorney Julie Pearl (Chambers USA, Int’l Who’s Who of Business Immigration Lawyers, LawDragon Top 1% of US Lawyers, Superlawyers). Since then, Tracker has been in continuous use at more leading law firms than all other competing software programs combined.
Tracker systems keep leapfrogging the pack, thanks to input from thousands of AILA members, paralegals and professionals in business, universities and hospitals.

In 2005, Tracker joined forces with Aria, the first immigration management software company on the market, to offer the best of both systems combined.
Products
Recognizing each firm’s unique needs, Tracker is the only IMS that comes in both online (TrackerHosted) and onsite (TrackerOffice) editions. We cover the full spectrum of IT requirements and upgrade alternatives, along with many companies’ desires for on-premises data control. Also exclusive to Tracker is that all our products give a private database for each customer, for added data security.

Fred Colman

As an electrical engineer for more than 25 years, Fred has received international accolades and more than a dozen patents for his innovations. He designed life-altering medical devices, including the early micro-processor-based pacemakers & several devices to treat diabetes. Fred held key leadership roles at MiniMed, now Medtronics, and TheraSense, now Abbott Labs. At both companies he was one of the first several employees, and helped the entities grow into billion-dollar public companies by pairing winning products with unwavering customer support. Fred earned Electrical Engineering degrees (BS&MS) from the University of Michigan. |

Kristin brings with her over 12 years of customer service, training and technical support experience. Her team has been widely acclaimed by immigration professionals for delivering stand-out customer care, year after year. After serving in the U.S. Army in a Patriot Missile unit, she worked in pharmaceutical technology. Kristin received a BS in Information Systems, along with additional certifications from San Francisco State University. She is currently working on her MBA. |
