Fred Colman, MSEE - President & Founder
As an electrical engineer for more than 25 years, Fred has received international accolades and more than a dozen patents for his innovations. He designed life-altering medical devices, including the early micro-processor-based pacemakers & several devices to treat diabetes. Fred held key leadership roles at MiniMed, now Medtronics, and TheraSense, now Abbott Labs. At both companies he was one of the first several employees, and helped the entities grow into billion-dollar public companies by pairing winning products with unwavering customer support. Fred earned Electrical Engineering degrees (BS&MS) from the University of Michigan.
Julie Pearl, J.D., MPA - Legal Director & Founder

John C. Fay Jr. - Director of Product Management
As an immigration attorney with over seven years of experience, John has managed and prepared a variety of U.S. immigration matters for employers and individuals. He also designed and managed his firm's proprietary immigration case management system, and participated in numerous client seminars, speaking on both business immigration issues and case management technology. John received his B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law.
Javier Rey - VP Sales & Business Development
With more than 10 years of technology sales and management experience, Javier is charged with advancing strategy and customer success. Trained to guide needs analysis, evaluate business cases and implement goal oriented solutions, Javier leads a team of highly educated and immigration knowledgeable professionals. He held several key positions at Saba on both the U.S. and Latin America sales teams before joining ImmigrationTracker in 2003. Javier holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Kristin Mauger - Customer Services Director
Kristin brings with her over 12 years of customer service, training and technical support experience. Her team has been widely acclaimed by immigration professionals for delivering stand-out customer care, year after year. After serving in the U.S. Army in a Patriot Missile unit, she worked in pharmaceutical technology. Kristin received a BS in Information Systems, along with additional certifications from San Francisco State University. She is currently working on her MBA.
David Ziegler - Software Development Manager
An exemplary champion of Tracker's continual product enhancement regimen, David conducts expert design in step with customers' suggestions. One of the company's first employees, his extensive product knowledge allows him to strategically analyze product suggestions and deliver the most useful improvements. David holds a BA in English and Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and has done extensive work towards a PhD at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He was recently promoted to his current position.
